  IWhite Aqua Moisturizer Whitening Vita is a moisturizer best for Oily Combination to Oily Skin , it is because the formula is water-base and has no tacky feeling.

   I first heard and discovered this product as one of Youtuber Anne Clutz favorite, she said the formula for this product is water-base and is good for oily skin and for the Philippine weather because it is non greasy.
